Service work, from request to done.
A service management platform for field-service contractors. Customer requests become work orders, technicians are dispatched through their own mobile app and walk each job from enroute to complete, and purchase orders and materials stay attached to the work. An AI assistant answers questions from the company's own data and identifies equipment from a photo of its tag. We engineer it together with the team that owns it: web platform, technician app and AI service.
