02What we process on this site
- Email you send us. If you write to info@flare-vision.com, we process your email address and whatever you include in the message, in order to reply and follow up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure (Amazon Web Services / CloudFront) keeps standard access logs: IP address, time, requested URL, user agent. We use them only for security and fault diagnosis, and keep them up to 12 months (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
That's all. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and serves all assets, including fonts, from our own infrastructure.

04Your rights
You can request access to your data, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@flare-vision.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
